It took me a long while to make the connection. It’s the name of a music venue in Second Life, but it’s also the name of a band of traveling adventurers who accompanied Ken Kesey on his rambling trips across the States and Mexico in the 60s.
In Second Life, the Pranksters host a Sunday night open mic, and I had a chance to try out some new songs there this week. I’m playing a full hour there tonight (Thursday) and I’ll probably revisit some of those songs; at least Bob Seger’s Against the Wind and Blue Rodeo’s Head Over Heels.
It’s a great bunch of people – Zany and Guru, JJ and DLS. Come visit sometime 🙂
